You can also browse and order directly through our website, or just drop by during our operating hours and shop with assistance from our experienced team. We’ve designed every ordering method to be intuitive and stress-free, whether you prefer the convenience of pre-ordering or the hands-on experience of shopping in person.

New to The Vault? We’re excited to meet you! Here’s what you need to know: bring a valid government-issued ID that proves you’re at least 21 years old. When you arrive, our team will welcome you and walk you through how things work. There’s zero pressure and zero judgment.

Many first-time visitors find it helpful to download our mobile app beforehand and browse our menu at home. That way, you can take your time reading product descriptions and come in with some ideas of what interests you. Of course, you’re also totally welcome to browse in-store and let our staff guide you through the options.

For in-store pickup, you can pay with cash or debit cards. Debit card payments have a $3.00 processing fee, and ATMs are conveniently located at both of our stores if you need to withdraw cash ($3.00 ATM fee applies). Please note that prepaid cards and gift cards cannot be accepted.

Monday through Wednesday, we’re open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you a full day’s window to stop by. Thursday through Saturday, we extend our hours even later—8:30 AM to 11:00 PM—perfect for those weekend nights when you want to grab something after dinner or before heading out. 

On Sundays, we operate from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, ensuring you’ve got weekend access without having to rush. Our extended hours mean there’s always a time that works for your schedule.

Yes. All customers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID showing they are 21 or older. Out-of-state visitors are welcome as long as their ID meets these criteria.

Yes, there is on-site parking at the dispensary. If you need additional parking downtown, Worcester city-run garages nearby usually charge around $3–$4/hour, with day caps near $13.

Absolutely! You can order online anytime, pick up your purchase the same day, and walk-ins are also welcome during business hours.

You can purchase up to one ounce (28.5 grams) of flower or its equivalent in other product forms per day. These state-mandated limits apply to each purchase, and our team is happy to help you understand how different product types count toward your limit.

Massachusetts doesn’t limit how many dispensaries you can visit in one day. You’re free to shop around and compare options. Just keep in mind that purchase and possession limits remain in effect.

Even if your destination has legalized cannabis, federal law still classifies it as a controlled substance, making interstate transport illegal. All cannabis purchased in Massachusetts must stay in Massachusetts. When you’re driving with cannabis, keep it sealed and stored in your trunk, away from the driver and passengers.
